At ARi we manufacture all of our thermocouples and heaters using AerOpakŪ - our compacted, MI (mineral insulated) cable. Use of aeropakŪ provides high insulation resistance and a greater degree of compaction, resulting in longer life and less maintainance when compared with typical thermocouple/heater cable. In addition to the many standard designs we have in stock, ARi can readily custom manufacture any of our thermocouples, heaters, and RTDs to many non-standard lengths and diameters to suit your specific application requirements.
