CTi was founded in 1963, as a producer of galvinized steel wires. In 1981, CTi began manufacturing wire and cable for the electronics industry. The company was, and remains, heavily committed to R&D and commenced with the production of coaxial cables and computer cables. During the 80’s, Taiwan was the number one supplier of computer monitors in the world and approximately 90% of the monitor producers worldwide used CTi's RGB monitor cables.
