With the purchase of these assets, Therm-O-Link has demonstrated our committment to being your quality wire supplier and this location (just outside of Chicago) provides an ideal supply link to the entire mid-west and western United States. We are vertically integrated, producing our own stranding from copper rod. In 1996, we installed a tin plating facility to produce our own tin-plated stranding. We manufacture PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and XLPE (crosslink polyethylene) UL-rated appliance wire, PVC and XLPE automotive primary wire and battery cable, PVC marine wire and battery cable, XLPE construction wire, VW-1 UL-rated XLPE switchboard wire, DMD (Dacron-Mylar-Dacron) and DTMD (Dacron-Teflon-Mylar-Dacron) braided insulation wire, plus custom wire and cable, including multi-conductor flat, round, and bonded cables.
